Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we take the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) into account in how we build and maintain this website.

What We Do

Use semantic, keyboard-navigable HTML with visible focus states and a skip link to the main content.
Maintain readable color contrast and text that can be resized.
Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.
Label form fields, including the waiting list, the sign-in, and the checkout, so they work with screen readers.
Respect your reduced-motion setting: animations and the autoplaying film stand still when your device asks for less motion.
Run automated accessibility checks on the main pages as part of our tests.

Known Limitations

Some third-party components we rely on (such as the Stripe payment form and embedded YouTube and Wistia videos) are maintained by their providers, and their accessibility is governed by those providers. We select accessibility-conscious providers wherever we can. The ebook is provided as a PDF; if you need the book in a different format, please contact us.
