This policy applies to purchases from Gafarova Tanzilia (egyéni vállalkozó), trading as The Art of Practice, Szondi utca 2/A, 1201 Budapest, Hungary. If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, described in our Terms of Sale; this policy adds to that right and does not reduce it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
EU customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. Contact support@theartofpractice.com to request a refund within this period.
If you accessed or downloaded the digital book or Masterclass during the 14-day period, the right of withdrawal for that digital content is waived upon access.
Once the digital book has been delivered (downloaded or accessed), it is non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
EU, EEA, and UK customers: at checkout you ask for immediate access to your digital items and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for them once access begins. Until access begins, you can withdraw within 14 days of your purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing your book, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Printed books are not refundable. Print books are produced on demand by our fulfillment partner (Lulu), and once a print order has been submitted for production it cannot be cancelled.
Statutory exception: if you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, the law gives you 14 days after delivery to cancel and send the paperback back at your own cost, as described in our Terms of Sale. That exception covers the paperback only; the audiobook, ebook, and community access that come with it remain non-refundable, because you asked for immediate access to them at checkout.
If your print book arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply in addition.
If your print book does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the fulfillment partner.
We are not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country on international shipments.
The audiobook comes with every edition and is not refundable. Once it has been delivered (downloaded or accessed) it cannot be returned, due to the nature of digital content. For EU, EEA, and UK customers, the same applies as for the digital book above.
Coaching sessions are provided by independent coaches, not by The Art of Practice. Cancellation and refund policies for coaching sessions are set by each individual coach.
If you have a dispute with a coaching session, you may report it through the Platform. We will hold the payment during investigation and make a reasonable determination.
Our dispute resolution is provided as a convenience and our decision is final.
Refunds for digital products sold by coaches are subject to each coach's individual refund policy.
Contact the coach directly for refund requests on their products.
Contact us at support@theartofpractice.com with your account email and a description of your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
